We're more than just a children's book...
Why Safety Quest Co Exists
Safety isn't being taught frequently enough.
Kids learn through repetition, but many important safety conversations happen once and aren't revisited until months later. Safety skills deserve more than a one-time conversation or occasional drill.
Use this space to explain the above number.
Safety education can be scary, or not age-appropriate.
Safety is serious, but teaching it doesn't have to be scary. Age-appropriate stories, play, and hands-on practice can help kids explore important topics in a way that feels approachable and empowering.
Families want to teach safety, but don't know where to start.
Parents know safety matters, but knowing what to teach, how to explain it, and what to practice can feel overwhelming. Safety Quest gives families a place to start—and a way to keep going.
Safety is seen as a lesson, rather than a habit.
Safety shouldn't be something we talk about once and check off the list. From fire and vehicle safety to outdoor and everyday situations, practicing safety can become a natural part of family life.
We're changing the way kids learn about safety.

Built From Experience. Inspired by Parenthood.
Before becoming a mom, I spent years working in public safety as a police officer, 911 dispatcher, firefighter/EMT, and School Resource Officer. I saw firsthand how important it is to know what to do when something goes wrong — and the difference practice can make when it does.
Then I became a parent.
Safety wasn't just something I taught or responded to anymore. It was something I needed to teach my own kids.
But I didn't want to teach them to be afraid of the world around them. I wanted them to practice, ask questions, build confidence, and have FUN doing it.
That's why I created Safety Quest Co.
We're turning safety from something kids are simply told into something families can read, practice, discuss, and repeat together.
Because the goal isn't to raise kids who are afraid of what could happen...
It's to raise kids who feel capable if it ever does.
